EAX Parcel Delivery Terms and Conditions 1. Special declaration: All items in the EAX parcel must be declared truthfully. The items shown on the shipping label must be identical to the actual contents of the parcel and the recipient information must be accurate, otherwise it will be regarded as concealment and you will be liable for the destruction of the parcel by Customs, the imposition of a tax penalty by Customs or the delayed delivery of the parcel. 2. EAX parcels are prohibited from mailing flammable and explosive items. No hazardous goods markings are allowed on the parcel packing boxes. Common hazardous materials markings are as follows:
3. In order to ensure the safe delivery of consignment parcels, the sender shall fulfil the following obligations when sending EAX parcels:
a) Truthfully declare the contents of the consignment, and accurately and clearly fill in the name, address, contact telephone number and ID number of the sender and recipient.
b) A parcel barcode can only be used once and cannot be used repeatedly. If a parcel barcode is used repeatedly, the user needs to bear various risks such as parcel loss and no logistics of the parcel as a result.
c)According to the nature of the contents of the consignment (especially fragile goods), the sender must provide adequate anti-breaking, anti-leakage and explosion-proof measures to ensure the safe delivery.If the parcel is not packed properly or the parcel contains liquid items, the parcel will not be compensated for after-sales problems.
d)EAX parcels are highly recommended opened in front of the courier before signing for them. If any damage is found, please ask for a certificate from the courier immediately. If you ask for the certificate after opening by yourself, the courier will refuse to issue one and in this situation the compensation cannot be settled. If the parcel is imploded, please take a good picture and send it to us.
e)Bpost parcels have the risk of being taxed or returned by customs, which you need to bear yourself.

5. After-sales: For any EAX after-sales issue , please contact us in time: service@euasia.eu. If the EAX parcel is returned or requires a second delivery for customer reasons, the parcel will not be able to apply for a claim for after-sales issues, please understand.For more information on after-sales claims, please refer to our website.
6. EAX concealment:
a) EAX has the right to inspect your parcel when necessary. If we find prohibited or restricted items, dangerous goods, etc., we have the right to transfer them to the relevant departments for processing and cooperate with the relevant departments to pursue the sender's legal responsibility for illegal delivery.
b) For items undertaken by EAX, as they are declared to Customs in advance, you are required to ensure that the declared items on the shipping label are identical to the actual contents of the parcel. If concealment is found, we will charge you a penalty:
A fine of €10 will be levied for any newspaper pages, shopping receipts and price label found in the parcel.
A fine of €10 will be levied for any misplacement of brands, cans or stages of milk powder in the parcel.
A fine of €20 will be levied if the parcel contains smuggled or concealed items.
If the contents of the parcel do not correspond to the contents of the shipping label, the parcel will be destroyed and fined €50.
If flammable or explosive substances are found in the package, a fine of €100 will be levied.
A fine of €100 will be levied on any parcel with a hazardous goods sign on the box.
c) Please make sure that your phone can be connected on the day of pickup. If the driver calls several times and finds no answer, you are assumed to be not at home and the driver may miss your pick-up.
d) Free pickup starts from 2 parcels, and you will be charged €5 if only one parcel is collected.
e) If your parcel shipping label needs to be pasted by us, please write your customer number, parcel delivery number and recipient information on the parcel with a marker in advance. The label fee is €2 per parcel.
7. Standard for easurement of actual weight and volume weight of packages
a) The actual weight and volume measurement of the weight required to package our operation record data as the standard, our regular weighing instrument calibration, to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
b) On the way to add parcel because of extrusion deformation caused the size of volume change, so our results may be the actual weight measurement processing and measurement with the customer's own error, so the final data are required in our operating records shall prevail.
8. Picking up，Labelling and Cash Top-up
On-site packaging and labelling is not accepted when picking up. Please make an appointment and prepare the package in advance.
Please count the packing materials in front of the driver when delivery. If the quantity is incorrect, please contact customer service on the same day.
Only currency Euro 100 is acceptable for driver cash top-up, currency Euro 200 and currency Euro 500 are not acceptable.
Precautions
EAX will unpack and inspect your package when necessary. If a whole batch of parcels is delayed due to your concealment and smuggling, we have the right to charge you a certain amount of fines and add your information to the customs blacklist.
Please do not smuggle or conceal, and please make sure that the size of the package meets our specifications, otherwise you will have to bear the consequences and fines.
Hazardous goods markings are strictly forbidden on the parcel and a fine of €100 will be charged if found.
For a product that is not in our file library, please file it in the system at first. It can be delivered after filing successfully.
