Thank you very much for your support and attention to Nederlands Express(NLE). In order to provide better and faster logistics services, it is now decided to re-adjust the pick-up route planning. The NLE reservation pick-up system upgrade process will be completed on January 24, 2023.
In order to prepare for the preliminary work, the NLE reservation system will be temporarily closed on January 21, 2023 and January 23, 2023. Please make corresponding preparations in advance according to your own needs. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Adjustment details:
Detail 1. Adjustment of pick-up days per week
In some areas, the pick-up will be adjusted from seven days a week to five days. The specific pick-up date can be checked in the NLE official website "NL Express"-"Plan your Pick-up" after the system update is completed;
Detail 2. Adjustment of pick-up service area
Some areas do not provide pick-up service for the time being. If you still have the need of shipping parcel to China, you can send it to our warehouse through the third-party logistics company, such as PostNL or DPD, our warehouse address: Pesetaweg 20, 2153PJ, Nieuw-Vennep. Please remember to leave all your information (such as: your customer ID and parcel number) on your packages, so that the warehouse can arrange delivery after receiving the package.
