When the Spring Festival 2019 comes,  NLE has the following holiday arrangement during the Spring Festival:

February 4, 2019 ( New Year's Eve, Monday ) to February 10 ( 6th, Sunday )

After - sales will be off,

EAX Commodity Bank will temporarily suspend the filing process.

Customs clearance port is closed, so packages are not cleared for the time being.

Therefore, the package aging will be affected!

During the Spring Festival, you can still place orders through our ERP system. 

NLE&EAX employees in the Netherlands will work as usual. In order to provide you with better service, NLE drivers will pick up goods as usual during the Spring Festival.

Kind Reminder:

Please make all delivery preparations well in advance, and don't forget to inform your recipients that it is normal for the parcel to be delayed during the Spring Festival.

During the Spring Festival, aviation arrangements will be quite tight. We will arrange flights to send packages to China as far as possible according to the specific conditions of airlines, waiting for customs clearance after the festival.
